Taking predictions for more leisure time in
the 21st century to heart, the City of Dublin prepared for the new
millennium with their sensational Community Recreation Center, opened
in July 1996.
The Sports Management Group performed needs
assessment, cost recovery analysis, developed a detailed architectural
program, and served as Design Architect for this award winning building.
The Sports Management Group also developed operating budgets, staffing
requirements, and equipment specifications and worked with staff
to design marketing strategies and tools, develop policies and procedures,
and create management forms. The new Center is enhancing the quality
of life for Dublin citizens.
